For all other products:
Order cancelling & refund:
The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 12h after purchase. The buyer can cancel order by submitting request or by sending an email to support@thejustincase.shop
The buyer can cancel the entire order or selected products. Refund will be provided within 24h after request.
 
If the TheJustInCaseShop cannot fulfill the buyer's order for reasons beyond its control, the TheJustInCaseShop has the right to cancel order and refund.
 
Returns:
TheJustInCaseShop not accepts the after-sale request for non-defective remorse returns.
 
If the buyer receives product with manufacturing defect or damaged the buyer has the right to a refund. The buyer should file a return & refund request within 24h after delivery by submitting request or by sending an email to support@thejustincase.shop
The buyer needs to provide compelling evidence. If the buyer cannot provide reasonable evidence, the TheJustInCaseShop has the right to reject the return and refund request. TheJustInCaseShop will provide the buyer a prepaid return label within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued within 12 hours after TheJustInCaseShop receives the package.
